About Claymous

Claymous is a browser game for sculpting characters, completing daily challenges and playing guessing games with others. It is operated by Oliver Stolpmann in Drammen, Norway. Contact supportowlchemy@gmail.com for help.

Who can play

You must be at least 13 to play. Claymous is intended for teenagers and adults. If your local law requires a parent or guardian’s permission to use the service or agree to these terms, obtain that permission before playing. Do not misrepresent your age or bypass eligibility restrictions.

Guest and Google accounts

You can play as a guest. Access to an unlinked guest account depends on the session in your browser. Clearing browser data or losing that session may prevent you from accessing the account.

Where Google sign-in is available, you can link your guest player to use the same profile and cloud shelf on other devices. Signing into a different existing player does not merge their data. Protect your account access and keep copies of important sculptures.

Your content

You retain any rights you hold in your sculptures, names, messages and other content. You give Oliver Stolpmann non-exclusive permission to store, reproduce, transmit and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate the features you choose, including private saves, gallery submissions and multiplayer. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated advertising use.

Only submit content you are entitled to use. Sculpting a celebrity or fictional character does not grant rights belonging to that person or another rights holder. Game prompts do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Playing fairly

Do not harass or threaten others, share someone else’s private information, post unlawful content, deceptively impersonate people or interfere with the service. Do not manipulate scores through exploits, automate abusive activity, bypass access controls or access another player’s private saves.

We may remove content or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to address violations, security problems or legal requirements. Contact supportowlchemy@gmail.com to report a problem or request review of a restriction.

Availability and saves

Features may change and the service may be interrupted. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability or permanent storage. Device saves can be lost when browser data is cleared. Download copies of important work. These terms do not limit any mandatory rights you have regarding service changes or discontinuation.

Deleting your account

You can stop playing at any time. To delete your signed-in account, open My player → Delete account. This works for guests without linking Google. It removes your cloud profile and sculptures, daily submissions and multiplayer contributions, and closes rooms you host. Device saves remain in your browser. Signing out alone does not delete an account. Our Privacy Policy explains retention and deletion in more detail.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Contact supportowlchemy@gmail.com with a concern or dispute.

Changes to these terms

We will show the updated effective date when these terms change and provide additional notice or seek renewed agreement where required.
